Funding Sources for CLCA
The Challenger Learning Center of Alaska (CLCA) is a stand- alone 501(c)(3) non-profit. Currently CLCA receives NO funding from federal, state, borough, or city sources; this is to include allocated school district funds. Operations are funded by earned revenue from facility rentals, educational and community programs and donor support; both corporate and individual.
CLCA does actively pursue grant opportunities and welcomes the opportunity to partner with like-minded organizations in the pursuit of projects designed to further our mission of inspiring youth in the pursuit of higher education in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).
